I don’t mind waiting for an order, but it would’ve been nice to get a few basic updates along the way. I had to keep reaching out just to find out where my package was, and even then the replies were either really late or didn’t come at all. Frustrating, honestly

I sent the item back expecting the refund to be straightforward, but it ended up taking way longer than it should have. I had to message them more than once just to get a clear update, which was frustrating. They did refund me in the end, but the whole process felt unnecessarily stressful and disappointing. I’d definitely hesitate before ordering from them again.

I really wanted to like the site, but the design just feels messy and kind of dated. Some areas look decent, and then you click into another section and it suddenly feels crowded and thrown together, like what a joke.

The colors and fonts don’t really work together, at least to me, and after a while browsing felt more tiring than it should. The product pages especially could use more breathing room because everything feels a bit cramped.
The site technically works, so it’s not unusable, but it definitely doesn’t feel smooth or modern. I think a cleaner layout and more consistent styling would make a big difference.

I ordered my usual size and even checked their size chart twice before buying, so I figured I’d be fine. The weird part is the dress showed up way smaller than the measurements made it seem, like not just a little snug, but I literally couldn’t zip it at all.

I ordered from imanshoppe.com because the design looked really nice in the pictures, and to be fair, the delivery was fine with no real problems. When I first opened the package, I was excited to try it on, but the fabric didn’t feel as soft as I was hoping. It was a little rough against my skin right away.

I wore it for a few hours thinking maybe I’d get used to it, but it started feeling a bit itchy and not very breathable. Some people might not be too bothered by that, but comfort matters a lot to me. I’m giving it 2 stars because the style was cute, but I probably wouldn’t order it again.

My order showed up in this flimsy box with hardly any padding, and the packaging was just bad. The corners were all smashed up, and one of the items looked like it had been sliding around in there the whole time. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, just basic proper packaging, but even that wasn’t there. The box was weak, the padding was barely there, and the whole thing just felt poorly packed. Really not happy with the packaging at all.

I ordered about two weeks ago and it still hasn’t shown up. The tracking barely changes, and every time I reach out to support, they just tell me to wait. Maybe some people have better luck, but personally I wouldn’t count on them if you actually need something delivered on time.

I tried placing an order twice, and both times the items looked like they were available but ended up not actually being in stock. I was just trying to get a few things taken care of after work, so it was frustrating to go through the process and then find out I couldn’t get them.

I ordered this thinking it would show up in a few days. Nope. It took forever to even start moving, and the tracking barely changed the whole time. I kept having to check it myself, which got annoying. The item itself was fine. No issues there. But the slow shipping definitely makes me think twice about ordering again.
